Because of this several keyboard functions e.g., brightness, sound would not work - nor would some windows updates. Therefore returned it for a refund - which took ages - due to Royal Mail failings and Ebay / PayPal policy. The seller's customer service is however good - kept in contact / responded quickly. Just beware a lot of resellers are updating old / unsuitable Win 10 laptops to Win 11.
