I gave two chances to the seller, after the first order I left a negative feedback and they answered with a n extremely passive aggressive and disgusting message which was full of lies. I never received the refunds. They created the label but never posted the items, checked on different websites, I don't understand what is reason to be able to purchase something that they just don't have or don't want to send to the buyers.
