The US postal service somehow sent my package to the west coast first before bringing it all the way back to the east coast, and the seller took the time to track it down and let me know what was going on. I am giving 5 stars on shipping time because it wasn't their fault that the shipping service made a mistake. I would definitely buy from them again. The ring was as described and the recipient loves it! Thank you!
