When I received the item it was NOT the item I ordered. I contacted the seller. They replied that they didn’t know that they sent the wrong item; “”they all look the same”. They said they would look into it. I have not heard back on the outcome. I have never had someone send me the wrong item and seem to just not to be interested in fixing the problem.

Had to contact seller directly for an update, only then did they ship the package (a few days later). Product was undamaged however was not secured in any bubble wrap or packing peanuts.
