The first time I wore it one side came away, and the chain fell off my neck. Luckily my friend noticed it and I managed to eventually find the small pendant I had put on it. I’ve taken it to the jewellers to be repaired, but you should not have to do this with a brand new chain. The chain is very light and delicate, and looks better on the photo than it actually is.
