Not too hard to set up/customize, as the seller graciously changes the default language to English (though I know a decent amount of Japanese). If so, great value and would recommend this seller!

I will admit I was a little skeptical at first but as my package was being shipped the seller kept me well updated and answered all of my questions, and when I received my package, it was very well kept with bubble wrap and newspaper to keep it safe, not to mention it was shipped very quickly! and the flip phone was also in great condition I would definitely recommend this!
