Mirrors were unusable: Both L and R had mounting issues, (poor threads etc). Contacted "Motor Accessories" who requested photos of problems and replaced both mirrors. Contact was polite and ready to solve issues. New mirrors arrived quickly and mounted with no difficulties at all. Very happy with the mirrors and service. Unfortnately they went into messing about mode asking for photos on two occasions instead of dealing with replacement or refund/return straight away and I lost patience with them but to be fair, the price was refunded. and it would be unfair to knock them too much.
