I had to pay to the carrier, b/c this item was purchased/shipped on 9/2 and the TARIFFS went into force on 9/1/25 unknown to me. The seller answered all of my questions and honestly tried to help by suggesting that I was possibly charged an aluminum TARIFF. READ: This was NOT the seller's fault, I was unaware of the seriousness of the TARIFFS.
