Asked if i could exchange it, they told me to go through ebay returns. fine. Then blocked me from all their accounts, and stopped replying to my messages they (and their other accounts) are the only seller of this tire, so now i can't complete my build properly :/ i will gladly retract my negative review if there are any updates, but as of this time, poor experience.
