They offered a free customization if I sent them my lenses to resolve this issue, I accepted. Later, SEEK claimed they never received my lenses. About a month of excuses and then no communication Ebay offered a refund and began to investigate SEEK. SEEK finally responded. In the end, SEEK replaced both lenses. The new SEEK lenses fit. However, one polarized lens is misaligned AND there is major back-reflection! The shipment was delayed because the lens template needed to be replaced, but nobody told me until there was an issue with tracking, so I contacted them directly. They were responsive and took full accountability, which is not always the case in today’s climate! They sent the package quickly once the template was received. The customer service was quick to answer messages, and in the end, I got these very high quality lenses that look great in my frames.
