Still no item. I went ahead and filed a claim with Ebay. I will never purchase again from this seller. The seller did say it was delayed shipment to them from their supplier. When I received the ring it was not the color I wanted (I wanted the gold vice the silver toned colored ring), but it was still beautiful and I do wear it. Overall I rate my experience a 7 out of 10 with the seller. In the future the seller needs to be honest with the buyer and message the buyer and say it is going to be a delay and why the delay is happening.
