Sweat
If you are a heavy sweater like I am it will work to a point as long as you stay moving and have air flow doesn't do too bad if you stop the sweat will poor. It does work better than a cotton bandana as far as wickering sweat.

Quite simply - it works! No more sweat in my eyes. The headband is light, comfortable, and the material is excellent at wicking sweat.

Great headband for exercising.
Lightweight, comfortable and really truly does not slide out of place. I have two and am very happy with them.

Excellent headband
A good headband that feels robust. Tight and comfortable fit and it is so sleek that I was able to wear it underneath a helmet while playing ice hockey. The "Halo" logo in front is glued onto the headband. Mine came off after 4 weeks of heavy use when the glue dissolved. That is the only negative I've found so far, and it does not affect my review.
