Imagine my disappointment when it arrived cracked in 3 places, unredeemable. But here's the thing. The packing job was near perfect for one of these fragile statues. When I contacted the seller she was apologetic and accommodating, refunding 100% of the transaction. So I can heartily endorse this seller as both honorable and competent.
