The printer was refurbished by Canon and looked brand new. However, it arrived with no toner cartridges. I purchased a set from Amazon at a cost of almost $80 and advised the seller to indicate in their description of the printer that it does not come with toner. They replied promptly and refunded the entire cost of the cartridges. Excellent customer service, something that is unfortunately disappearing.

I was hoping to buy this camera since few month ago, and I loved it! It was a great price and no damages show so far. I'd only like to say that I had a TERRIBLE experience with delivery provided by UPS. I know it goes beyond the seller, but I'd like to recommend them to provide with more delivery options because I lost a lot of time trying to get my package and I almost lost it. Contacting with the seller was too hard and UPS was awful. But, as far as the product goes, it's amazing!

Binary Yes/No probably does not apply here. I can afford this level of sharpness, and not wish I had gone Full Frame.
An f-1.8 aperature, in a zoom is either insane, or a sign of things to come.... I mated this with my Canon 70D, and I am realizing a great pairing here. Heavy, yes, but zooms by nature have more glass. You can go cheaper, but have no doubt this is money well spent and your results need very little skill to show it. And, this is helping me take more and better photos, so my skills are improving even faster with this in my goody bag. NO kit lens can compare. The ample 72mm front element adds weight and filter costs, while many Kit & Pancake Primes can share one set of 52mm add-ons. Smaller cheap glass will never outperform a quality larger lens (IMO). A crop sensor lens, basically a limited & dedicated device to crop sensor bodies. I do not see this niche of the Camera Body market going ... This Zoom will give me broad landscapes, night city scapes AND stars as well as provide all the Portraiture bokeh I could ever want. It works on several levels, and fits my desires more than adequately. Best of luck, whichever direction your desires take you in your hobby.

Real good so far !!!
Had this lens for about 2mths now... after seeing reviews on this with the canon 70D camera, I am glad I purchased this. Did a lot of test shots at home first, trying to get used to lens, I noticed right away, not only is the lens sharp, but also it let's in a lot of light, being used to how to elevate your iso in dark areas, I have to set this way lower than all my other lenses, L lenses, prime, etc. I used this in a concert setting, primarily for video, and some pictures... and it didn't take much to adjust to my surroundings, being that at times I used my 18-135mm lens, I knew immediately how to adjust that iso and exposure. The only thing is I wished I had used a tripod with the 18-35mm, because of weight, and it can be pretty heavy when using on that 70D with grip, my arms were very ... Had this lens for about 2mths now... after seeing reviews on this with the canon 70D camera, I am glad I purchased this. I am very impressed with outcome of sharpness and zoom focus rings very fluid. I am now using this to replace the 40mm pancake lens and my 50mm 1.4, I still keep them for certain instances but this is my go to lens now. I love also the dof at 1:8... and the sharpness at 18 or 35mm zoom... nice and wide shots at 18mm zoom. This is minor but on my lens I have to make sure that lens cover is screwed on good, because on occasions it works it way loose after a while. This is a great combination with the 70D, autofocus pretty silent.

Probably not the first to say it, but probably the best lens of all time.
This is one of my, if not my top favorite, favorite lenses of all time! Really love every aspect of this lens. The main aspect I love is the image followed by the build quality. It is a very reliable lens that makes up for its shortcomings like the zoom range and weight with the aperture, the sharpness, and its overall smoothness. Can't recommend it enough. Balanced, as all things should be.

one word "classic"

Seriously Amazing for Video
Have 2 of these on GH4's with speedboosters - changed my entire perspective! Now I can get the type of low light shots I need, and amazing bokeh too - I wish they had OIS but with the short focal length it's not a deal breaker. If you can afford to add this to your kit then you'd be well advised. Great lens.
