The digital sensor does not work or works when it wants to. The image only turns to one side when I tilt the smartphone. The automatic brightness simply turns off the brightness completely and the image starts to flash. But you have been refusing any cooperation, not willing to provide any pictures and videos, and in the case that we bear the shipping cost, you are still not willing to return the product for testing, just keep asking for a refund, and we can't proceed to the next step without your cooperation.

I recorded my message, put it in the envelope, the pressure from the closed envelope actually erased the message & beeped for the new one to record over it!!! I had to hand them the card without the envelope, out of the gift bag, all cause I had recorded the same message like 7 times!! Once it played, they put it in bag an poof, message gone again! Very frustrating!
