But I want everybody to know why. The product that came was actually excellent, but it was not the correct flogger. This seller sells a lot of products, and all of them are excellent, and this one was just miss packaged. But the seller did everything exactly to make sure that I got the correct product, and offered me a refund, and there was no issue whatsoever. I know it wasn't the seller's fault that my original item never got to me, but they made sure I got what I paid for!!
