Product Information
Record high-quality, 24-bit audio to your computer with the Zoom TAC-2R Thunderbolt audio interface. The TAC-2R has a two-in, two-out format with .25-inch XLR input jacks on the front in addition to the pair of balanced .25-inch outputs on the back. The back panel also sports MIDI both an input and output, so you can connect your MIDI controllers to your computer. The main input jacks can provide phantom power and have impedance switches, signal/clip indicators, and a gain control. Output is controlled by the large volume knob, and the unit also provides independent volume control for connected headphones. Direct monitoring on the device is switchable between mono and stereo and can be disabled if needed. The Zoom TAC-2R is powered from the Thunderbolt connection and needs no additional power supply, so it’s easily portable and especially suited for use in smaller spaces.
