Great exorcise video!
This is the old, original Buns of Steel and it is as good as ever. Anyone can follow the moves, unlike so many exorcise videos that change moves so fast it is too hard to follow along. This video works, do it for less than a week, you will see a difference in your thigh muscles that fast! I see a better, faster toning than with just walking/jogging. If you are a bit out of shape and a beginner, you can still follow the video, skip or do less reps, and work up to doing all of it. If you are in shape this video will keep you there. Just ignore the old fashioned hair and dress!
