The parcel arrived 2 days ahead of schedule, with constant communication throughout. The figurine itself was covered with paper and then bubble wrap inside the original box. This box was encased in a corrugated cardboard shell and then again securely covered in more bubble wrap before sealed up in FedEx packaging. Very happy with the whole experience, thx very much! 5-Stars

I had trouble with customs and the seller was really helpful and responded fast. The unit i received was in better shape than the pictures, unfortunately the packing was insufficient and arrived with multiple damages, but it didn't affected the working condition, however after i sent some pictures of the damages to the seller he immediately suggested by himself a partial refund for repair the instrument! Nice! Overall recommended!
