Without evidence, such as videos of unpacking, it's challenging to determine its origin. Because when it was wrapped, it was clean, to be honest. The seats arrived within one week of purchase. They were properly packaged and in excellent  condition. They far exceeded my expectations.  I did have to pay duties on the seats prior to customs releasing them.
