They shipped the product within a day of me ordering it, and the shipping was going according to schedule, until the UPS facility in Arlington lost the package. I message the seller, who then opened a claim and offered to send another package if the original was not found. After 2 days they went ahead and expedited the shipping. Highly recommend!!
