However, response from the seller has been excellent, positive. It took less than 24 hours from informing them of the damage to sending it back. Returning was simple process. Refund promised within three days. If refund as quick as return I’ll be very happy. Better/more packaging could be used. Bubble wrap around lamp column. For example. Unsure reordering in case damage occurs again.

I cannot fault the company enough on their communication and understanding. We now have a working lamp and the quality is just what we were after. Stuff happens out of anyones control but they were fantastic with dealing with the problem. Its in perfect condition and was shipped in a well packaged box.
