I love them!Fill the ice cube tray with water until it is about 70-80% full (that is, well above the hemisphere). Then, when you close the lid gently, you should feel the water rising to the top half. If too much water overflows at this point, you have put in too much water, so reduce the amount a little and try again. But don't worry about a little water overflowing and just freeze it.That would give the best result. Enjoy :)
