I ordered that size because they always run larger than that. Width is closer to 2 inches; which makes it fit the belt loops better than my 1 inch wide belt. It doesn't get twisted up when I put it on. Plus I like the easy on / off buckle. The buckle is made of resin material which is great for those with metal allergies.
