I previously contacted seller to no avail several times about the size discrepancies then about the return issues with ZERO responses! Seller delayed accepting previous return and processing refund also with ZERO responses to inquiries!

Also said he would make sure to speak to shipping department and make sure they package more safely. It may be the fault of the post office IMHO. It was obviously NEW.
