I told them I understand it's been busy, but I saw on their store they listed about 15 new items since I last messaged them. Noticing a consistent theme of items not being shipped out and orders being canceled for this reason. Unfortunately, I am also canceling my order.

The psp which I ordered came in a normal condition, the box was just a bit messy other than that the quality was just like in the images, and the value is okay as well. The appearance was also okay just like in the image. Overall nothing bad.
