Perfect Solution
Really easy to cut to fit and easy to apply, the effect is just what I wanted, colours are beautiful, probably not as vibrant as the photo but still beautiful. Product is similar to "contact" that you use to cover school books. Actual design is stunning, looks like a stained glass window once applied and provides privacy. Love it.

So easy!
I love this! It transformed a window that used to blind me w/setting sun. The colors werent as vibrant as shown in the advertised pic but I used my sharpie markers to re-color it & it is fantastic!

D.C. Fix brand uses an adhesive.
Great product for keeping out the outside world. I live VERY near neighbors on both sides and without window shades I get to stare at their business and they mine. I installed window films on EVERY window I have. The light streaming in from the colored glass is SO soothing and peaceful. No one can see inside, and at night when I have the lights on inside, the place looks absolutely beautiful from the outside. Absolutely perfect. I have tried many brands of window films and D.C. Fix is the only manufacturer to use an adhesive on the back. The others rely on static cling to adhere. The instructions do not say so, but it is MUCH easier to apply if you spray the window down with water after you clean it. This makes it much easier to reposition the film because one NEVER gets it perfectly ... Great product for keeping out the outside world. Not as bright as picture but very cool
This is simple regular old contact paper that appears to be printed on. It is kinda cool actually. Although I expect colors to vary due to differences in screens, I will say I was disappointed that this the coloring was extremely dull. Still, neat tho. Clean window with straight vinager + water and wipe with news paper to avoid streaks. Let dry completely. Measure window/space to be covered, I left an additional 1/8" +/- . Start at the top by pulling a few inches of backing off and begin adhering to window (I used a somewhat flimsy nonstick kitchen spatula ;-) to smooth out and push out air bubbles as I worked my way down. After getting the contact paper on the window and using spatula to smooth out I then went around the edges with exacto knife/razor blade. It looks awesome ... Beautiful colors and design!
I purchased this item to block out as much sun light as possible from the back part of my house since it tends to get very hot. Once i put the film on my windows the sun light minimized and my windows looked beautiful with all the bright colors !
