I have 2 pitbulls ranging between 50 to 70 l.bs and I Order medium size and adjusted it all the way out and it's snug on both Dogs.

(I bought three different colors. They are all 20 inches max.) Luckily 20 inches is fine for my dog. For the price they are just fine for the brief times I use them. Fast shipping, colors are very nice.
