The post office seems to have lost it after the seller dropped it off so it's not on them at all and when I reached out about it they replied quickly. They gave me a full refund and we're incredibly apologetic. I really appreciate their customer service and will certainly buy from them again.

Unfortunately, the case has a one inch crack at the bottom and a small crack at the left corner. It did not effect the card, but I am assuming it happened with the shipping.
