Very quickly realized how the torque makes it impossible to vacuum long haired carpet like fluffy bath mats. It just freezes over it. I used to be able to vacuum them with the V7 so I bought the brush head when I saw this listing. It came quickly and well packaged. It's brand new and it was a great deal. The vacuum still doesn't work well on the mats, but I love this brush head way more. Thank you so much!
