Thanks very much! The problem was more with the ebay's global shipping program. The package was late and DHL was very slow to update progress. Ebay and DHL try to pass the buck by saying to contact the seller when it's not the seller's issue. Plus sending something from the US to Asia and having it go through Germany is just ridiculous. TGM tightly double-wrapped the sleeved trucks with packing tape, then strapped cardboard to the axle ends, tightly double-wrapped everything again, and shipped it all in a shipper-supplied heavy cardboard envelope, which TGM covered in shipping tape. Despite the shipper’s best efforts to scuff the trucks, TGM’s extra care saved them from damage. So while the shipper isn’t great, the seller is extra great! A+++
