The introduction explains the benefit of Tai Chi for people with Diabetes. The instruction for the moves is not by Paul Lam but is clearly and repeatedly demonstrated from the warm up and onto the form itself. I'm using this DVD for practising in between my Tai Chi class as we're following these moves and it helps to consolidate what we learn in class. I've not watched it to the end yet as I'm concentrating on perfecting before moving on. I do not have Diabetes but believe this DVD is beneficial for anyone and, as someone with Fibromyalgia, I find Tai Chi a gentle exercise that doesn't overstretch my muscles and helps me to concentrate and follow sequences, keeping my brain exercised too.
