Initially I was upset, as we all get when an order is fulfilled incorrectly. Springfield refunded the payment and then without me asking them, they sent the correct color. Communication is wonderful with them sadly this order wasn't thick enough for my needs so contacted them they were happy to exchange it and checked there Warehouse and found a thickness I needed. Mind you they are by no means obligated to as there listing says random but they are always friendly and willing to accommodate my request truly the definition of customer service S++ all around from me
