I quickly contacted them; they acknowledged the error and sent the handle right away. Both pieces arrived in excellent condition. The quality seems excellent. The handle screwed securely and easily into top of plunger head. The appearance is top notch. Looks sturdy and very professional. Very good value for the money paid. I’m pleased with my purchase.
