Australia Post let us down with a timely delivery but “My First Shop” refunded me half of the delivery costs even though it was out of their control that Australia Post failed in delivery time. The communication was great and they responded to my questions quickly and they were very helpful.

I ordered disks and callipers from another supplier, and these pads at the same time. Man, these pads came so soon; they are gathering cobwebs, waiting for the disks and callipers to arrive. They've yet to arrive. I live in a remote location in NT, and they sent the pads express post. I don't remember asking or paying for that option. If I really needed them here yesterday, then these guys delivered.
