A good deal if you need them
Although a more modern “plug on neutral” design would be preferable (and I don’t know if Square D even offers these yet in their QO product line), GFCI breakers are required with new 240 volt circuits under the 2020 NEC and these will do the job. As good as it gets as far as I am concerned .
