    Outdated information that might be helpful to some

    I felt that the information is this book is somewhat dated. It recommends eating animal products, as well avoding the obvious processed foods; animal products have been proven to cause inflammation and disease, but don't worry, it cures tooth decay! My biologic dentist said that alkaline foods, fruit and vegetables, helps teeth by reducing the acid in your mouth. This book had nothing for me.

    A must-read for EVERYONE

    This book should be in the hands of every dental-care person and individual. The manufacturers of toothpaste are apparently unaware that the coating which their product leaves to 'protect' the tooth also prevents proper remineralization. This is an eye-opening must-read for anyone who has teeth.
