James Stewart drives cattle through the wilderness amidst the gold rush of the northwest.
This is one of Anthony Mann/James Stewart westerns from the 1950s and I own most of the other films. This dvd was a must have. Gritty western, no cowboys and indians cliches, director Anthony Mann had previously directed noirs.

Great movie!
Very good old western. They just don't make movies like this anymore. James Stewart was great in westerns.
