I ordered a vintage spittoon that was undoubtedly intact when he packed it but on arrival the two pieces had separated. I tried to fix it myself which went on for a few days during which I had discarded the original packaging and could not provide photos. In the end I couldn't fix it so I contacted the seller to reach a resolution. The item I sent them just needed to be cleaned and polished. Why would you wait 6 days before complaining, Plus not save the original shipping box ?
