    Love it

    This ones a xmas present because I love mine so much. So easy to use once having read instructions. Makes lovely coffee, I use the kenco grande because it’s as nice as costa but bigger and costs less. Sometimes it doesn’t read the bar code but only because the reader needs a wipe. If you follow the cleaning instructions it will last for years, mines still going after 4 years. Others complain it doesn’t hold enough water but I like that it is compact and it’s only the same as putting a kettle on. You can chose to buy a bigger one that holds more water. I am very happy with mine, my grand daughters love making the Cadbury’s hot choc and squirting cream on top....so do I. Don’t buy the cappuccino etc., the powder cream is not nice. Just make a Americanism and use a microwave steamer frother, ...

    Shame about the start button

    Would be 5 stars except the start button does not work as stated in instructions. They say press on button for 5 seconds, it never works, i tried timing it with stopwatch, no difference. It's touch and go whether it will start brewing. I sometimes have to reseat the pod banging the lid closed, press the button very hard then it might, just might begin to brew after I release it. However once it does it's a good machine. I find that heating the milk and mug 1st makes for a better cup of coffee. Also the XL size is far from XL, it's small mug at best. Also the instructions are minimal. I don't know why manufacturers find writing them so difficult that they really don't bother. That is a general complaint tho not restricted to this Bosch machine.

    Excellent Tassimo drinks making machine

    My brother got one recently and loves it, although he paid a lot more for the same item. This was delivered very quickly and once received, I opened it immediately, set it up, operating it several times as recommended prior to use. It was so easy to use and very quick delivering a drink. I had stocked up on drinks pods from my local supermarket, who had a promotion on and have now tried hot chocolate, expresso, latte and cappucino, all of which I was so impressed with. Despite the fact this is a reconditioned machine, I would highly recommend getting one as they are super value, in excellent condition and deliver on the service that a Tassimo provides and I would recommend using this seller. Thank you :0)

    Perfect

    Works great makes the drinks nice and hot. Not like other machines that make drinks just above luke warm. Its that easy and safe to use as my 7 year old daughter likes to make me a coffee with it in the morning. You cant go wrong with this product from the seller

    Not just coffee?

    We love this machine. We drink hot chocolate and bought the tassimo chocolate to go with it. The machine make quick and lovely drinks. Easy to use and make larger cups. Easy to clean and just the right size to stand on my worktop and looks nice.
