Harp was well packaged, except for the base of the harp, which was cracked on the front edge. The base should have been protected with at least two substantial layers of bubble wrap, only had foam at the corners. The only reason I mention the packaging is for seller's information, as eBay would not let me contact the seller. That appears to be a feature of the new eBay messaging system.
