    the lens arrived in the philippines 4 days after i placed my order. it was securely packaged with 2 layers of bubble wrap and 1 plastic bag. it came exactly as described; there was some dust but you couldn’t see it when taking pictures. overall, i’m very happy with my purchase :)

    Good Sony A6000 Telephoto

    Pro: Very sharp pix and reasonable aperture for the price. Gives excellent results even from a pretty fair distance (e.g. concert photography). Con: Sticks out pretty far relative to the size of the A6000; even moreso (a bit awkward) when zoomed all the way to 210mm focal length. You get used to it after some experience and the photo quality is the payoff. Summary: Good value. Basic quality, function, sharpness, and 'flatness' are just fine. It's economical so just the thing if you want a starter zoom telephoto for your A6000. Recommended.

    Highly recommend

    The 16-50mm lens that the camera shipped with never worked well for me. This new 55-210mm one is exceptional though. I get good crisp zooms with much better photo quality. Just by looking at the lens glass and comparing between the two it's obvious this is a much higher end accessory than the 16-50mm. Only using this lens from now on. The hood screws on the lens itself if so choose to carry it. Lens covers are not interchangeable between the two. Two thumbs up!

    Best bang for your buck telephoto

    Great lens for the price. You get what you pay for. Obviously you could drop a ton of cash on a higher quality lens, but if you are looking to expand your range of focal lengths on the cheap, this is it! Occasionally I get a shot with a bad lens flare, but overall I've been very happy with the image quality. This is a great deal, especially used. I paid $130 after shipping for mine.

    Good Inexpensive Outdoor Telephoto Lens

    This lens is lightweight and has a good outdoor reach. It does not focus quickly indoors, but works well outdoors. It will often not focus in low light. However, it is very inexpensive and study enough. If you are looking for a cheap well-made telephoto for outdoor daytime use for your Sony A6000 series camera, this is a good lens for you.

    Sony 55-210 e-mount lens review

    For the price of about 140 dollars this lens is perfect for mirrored camera. The lens is light weight but feels solid. The picture is stack sharp for normal use. 100-300 mm zoom in a small lens is perfect for travel.
