I bought a luxury bag, I would have liked to see maybe an extra layer of bubble wrap and more importantly the hardware on the bag wrapped (which they weren’t at all. Other than that , like I said, very easy to deal with. Thank u 4 the present btw🙏

This seller responded immediately with an apology, sent a shipping label for return. Because it couldn't be an exchange, I returned the originally received item and the seller gave me a discount on the item I wanted for my "troubles". The orginally ordered item was recieved in perfect condition, and quickly. I would 100% buy from this seller again.

The item is in new condition with one small spot that was noted in the pictures. The pants are for hiking so one small spot was not issue for such a good price.
