Synopsis
Capturing the most up-to-date research in colloidal quantum dot (CQD) devices, this book is written in an accessible style by the world's leading experts. The application of CQDs in solar cells, photodetectors and light-emitting diodes (LEDs) has developed rapidly over recent years, promising to transform the future of clean energy, communications, and displays. This complete guide to the field provides researchers, students and practitioners alike with everything they need to understand these developments and begin contributing to future applications. Introductory chapters summarise the fundamental physics and chemistry, whilst later chapters review the developments that have propelled the field forwards, systematically working through key device advances. The science of CQD films is explained through the latest physical models of semiconductor transport, trapping and recombination, whilst the engineering of organic and inorganic multilayered materials is shown to have enabled major advances in the brightness and efficiency of CQD LEDs., Capturing the most up-to-date research in colloidal quantum dot devices, this book is written in an accessible style by the world's leading experts. Introductory chapters summarise fundamental physics and chemistry, whilst later chapters review key advances in device engineering, making this an indispensable resource for researchers, students and practitioners alike.

- 3***n (35)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufExcellent purchase experience. Item was better than described, an exceptional value for the price. Hardback edition was in outstanding condition and appeared almost new. Mailed in a plastic mailer bag, could have been better protected for shipping, but still arrived without noticable damage. Would purchase from this seller again.

- o***o (2701)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter KaufMy feedback is nuanced, the DVD I received played fine but the cover art was in poor condition. This was not mentioned in the description. Also the shipping was rather slow although free. After three emails I was able to resolve my issue to my satisfaction. Be aware this seller uses a third party shipper with the final delivery being by USPS. This results in slow but affordable delivery, lastly customer service is not very responsive and it’s possible that multiple emails will be necessary.
