Great value mulch kit

Perfect fit on new Craftsman.
I was sceptical as the price was great and my new Craftsman T210 from Lowe's is only sold under Lowe's part number and there is no cross number. I decided to buy this as it is made by MTD for newer 2012 and up tractors but could find nowhere it would fit the Craftsman. It easily goes on. It may even fit the 100 series John Deere. It appears to be the same deck. Great 5* buy! And yes, there will be the same amount of grass leakage as all other mulching mowers. The blades are big powerful chopping fans. Just think of what is normally blown out of the side deflector. So don't be disappointed with blow out. It's not a steel cover you need to bolt on with 6 or more screws! I had to straighten it so it would go into its hole so the plastic hole would line up with the existing bolt on the other end. Great Purchase

Good quality parts, needed to be more universal, drilled one 3/8” hole to mount bracket, had to modify bracket. Works as needed, does a good job!

Flimsy junk. I purchased this mulching kit as I needed both the blades and the mower deck block off "plate". The blades did not last 1/2 an hour before bending. I was able to straighten them, but very time consuming removing the blades, straightening and reinstalling. These bent on me 4 times mowing 3/4 acre area. The block off plate is partially effective. I will need to create a better fastening system. I purchased this during the covid slowdown and it seemed to be my only option. just what the mower needed !
mulch plug went i and fitted great, the wing nut I had to order from some where else, was a wase of time and the $8, as id didn;t fit the bolt that came on thr mower, not hard to fab. your own screw and nut. blader were a fit, and did not shake th mower deck, as th e blades that came with the mower. am very happy with my purchase, amd price was hard to beat o any site.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Mulching blades kit for a ride on mower.
