Well packaged, which is a good job as the courier chose to drop the parcel over a six foot gate to complete delivery, rather than let the delivery fail! Good and quick communication. It's a business I've used previously and would have no hesitation in using again.

However the Post Office messed up the delivery to the collection point and because I then went on holiday I did not receive the item until the 18th July. This was NOT the sellers fault but it is the reason for the delay to the feedback.
