For Those Who Have Enjoyed The Zodiac Room And For Those Who Wish They Had
A beautiful book - not only are the classic Neiman Marcus Zodiac Room recipes included (any one for pop overs and strawberry butter?) but the commentaries/anecdotes (brief but compelling) by the restaurant manager interspersed throughout the text of the book and in the preface add to the culinary experience (for example, why did Stanley Marcus suggest that a small cup of beef bouillon be served prior to every Zodiac Room meal?)Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Neiman Marcus cookbook
