Another copy for me. I keep giving them away!
I was introduced to this book 25 years ago when I first got into recovery. It is probably the most influential book I’ve read other than 12 step recovery literature. This purchase must be my 3rd or 4th as I’ve given my copies away several times over the years.

Essential Help For Codependency
A kind, moving and encouraging insight into a devastating lifetime habit that can destroy you. Not always comfortable reading but offering step by step guidance to finding a way out. This really helped me to understand.
