This text is very helpful if you will be running a urban campaign or playing a character in one.
The book is divided into five chapters, the fist chapter covers general city-building for Dungeon Masters. The second chapter describes spells and abilities for player characters based in an urban setting. The third chapter goes over politics and discusses the interactions and behaviors of organizations within a city. The fourth chapter gives examples and plans regarding encounters in an urban environment. Lastly, the last chapter goes over directions for narrative and world building.

this book is great for building a city for fantasy role playing games. it's even useful for 5e even though it was written for 3.5
