Five stars for the series, four for the packaging
As you can see from other reviews that have highlighted the packaging of the FRASIER series, I was not happy to see that, as with other CBS/Paramount complete series DVD sets, the discs are packaged in a stack fashion. It's the same with CHEERS, HAWAII FIVE-O and MEDIUM. Probably others. What they have done is stack the DVDs without individual protection, and scratching can happen easily. My solution is to slip the discs into protective paper CD-DVD sleeves and store them separately, right next to the big plastic DVD box. I went for the extra fun and found the DVD art for the original season releases online, and printed up a little cover for each season, then put the four season DVDs into a little CD sleeve, with the first disc in a soft plastic CD/DVD case to keep the season set from getting bent and maybe broken. It may seem like a bit much, but for the TV series I mentioned above, it was fun to do, and will protect the DVDs better than the packaging CBS/Paramount is using. I just finished watching the FRASIER series in its entirety, and no problems with the discs. I intend to keep it that way.

There is a reason this series lasted 11 years
This was a great series on t.v. and that is why it lasted 11 seasons. Great writing, character development and very funny. You had to understand the main character acting as a pseudo-intellectual was the key to this series and what it made it so good! There have been few series produced that were so well put together.

If you have to choose between getting Frazier and life saving surgery, get this. It will do your heart good.
I watched this from the first time it was aired and loved it. I have probably watched it a couple of times since. I bought the complete series as a Christmas gift for my son. However, we couldn't wait and broke it open and have been watching it again. It's non-offensive and is great family entertainment. Love it.

poor packaging design
Avoid this set. The discs are stacked such that they rub against one another and rotate while being moved around in shipping - about a dozen of the discs were scratched severely enough that the player won't read various sections of the disc. Poor package design with an easily foreseeable and avoidable problem.

Frasier oh, I hear the blues are calling for laughs and more
I saw Frasier just a few years ago when I was at the gym. I had never seen it before and found it to be screamingly funny. So I'm so glad I have the entire Series so I can see episodes that I've never seen and watch the plot development over 11 years

I love this show!!!
I have always thought Kellsey Grammer was funny and now I have the complete series and enjoy it every night!!! My only hitch is I wish they would release a higher grade of the show such as a bluray version

Seattle's Finest
A variety of characters and their interactions are entertaining, including Eddie the trick dog. Sarcastic humor in life situations with which one can identify.
